Amin Khoury

Amin Khoury is an Arab American businessman who is responsible for founding companies in the scientific instrument, medical services, medical devices and semiconductor process equipment businesses, such as B/E Aerospace. 

He was born in 1939 and grew up in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Amin has been involved with numerous charitable organizations and founded or co-founded businesses such as Taghleef Industries Inc, B/E Aerospace, and Advanced Thermal Sciences. He has also held leadership positions at Synthes, Brooks Automation, and KLX Inc.

Before his rise to fame, Amin received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Northeastern University, as well as his Master’s in Business Administration.

Throughout his career, Amin has received the honor of having a school within Northeastern University named after him- the Khoury College of Computer Sciences. He also received the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award from the same University.
