Asaad Kelada

Asaad Kelada is an Egyptian American television director. 

He was born on May 11, 1940 in Cairo, Egypt. Asaad is known for directing many famous American sitcoms, such as Family Ties, One Day at a Time, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. 

Before his rise to fame, Asaad received his Bachelor’s degree in drama from the American University in Cairo, and his Master’s degree from the Yale School of Drama. 

Asaad began working as a television director in the 1970s, and has credits for TV shows across the last fifty years. Most recently, he has contributed to popular sitcoms such as Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a Half Men, and The Office.
