Ayman Mohyeldin

Ayman Mohyeldin is an Egyptian American journalist, producer, and TV show host. 

He was born on April 18, 1979 in Cairo and has reported for NBC and Al Jazeera English, covering major Middle Eastern conflicts like the 2011 Egyptian Revolution from the field. He has also hosted shows on MSNBC, including his own Ayman Mohyeldin Reports.

Before his rise to fame, Ayman received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from American University. 

Throughout his career, Ayman received Emmy awards and nominations for his news documentaries, the Cutting Edge Media Award in 2011, and recognition in Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2011.
