Baba Ghannouge- Tita’s famous Eggplant Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggplant
- Tahini
- Greek Yogurt
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Parsley
Instructions:
- Bake the eggplant in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Peel the eggplant and mash the insides.
- Mix the eggplant with tahini, greek yogurt, squeezed lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
