Brian Awadis, known online as FaZe Rug, is an Iraqi American YouTuber. His channel mostly focuses on vlogs, gaming videos, and pranks. In addition, he co-owns one of YouTubes biggest content groups- FaZe Clan.
He was born on November 19, 1996, in San Diego, California, and is of Iraqi descent. Brian has gathered a large following on Youtube. As of 2022, he currently has 21 million subscribers.
Before his rise to fame, Brian attended San Diego Miramar College. He later dropped out to further pursue his YouTube career.
Throughout his career, Brian has received many awards and opportunities for his success on YouTube. In 2018, he received the Diamond Play Button award for surpassing 10 million subscribers. He later was featured on an episode of MTV’s Ridiculousness; and in 2022 he was invited to announce the 3rd round picks for the NFL Draft.
