Ejjeh- Tita’s famous Vegetable Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
- Parsley
- Green Onion
- Red Onion
- Eggs
- Milk
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Zaatar Seeds
- Tahini
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Mix diced parsley, diced red onion, diced green onion, salt, pepper, zaatar, 1 cup of tahini, 3-4 eggs, olive oil, and ¼ cup of milk together until it is a pancakey mix.
- Cook on a pan as you would do with pancakes.
- Optional- cook with slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
