Fattoush- Tita’s famous Levantine Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- Mint Leaves
- Lettuce
- Parsely
- Pita Bread
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pomegranate Molasses
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Mixed diced 1 cucumber, 1 diced tomato, 5 mint leaves, parsley, ½ spoonful of apple cider vinegar, 3 spoonfuls of pomegranate molasses, 1 spoonful of sugar, and 3 spoonfuls of olive oil.
- Mix the fattoush sauce with cut lettuce.
- Cut the pita bread into small pieces and air fry until they are crispy. You can also press the pita bread in a panini press and break the bread apart when crispy.
- Before serving, mix the crispy pita pieces into the salad and enjoy.
