Jacques Nasser was born on December 12, 1947, in Amioun, Lebanon.
He worked his way up through Ford Motor Company, initially working as a student intern at Ford Australia and eventually becoming president and CEO in 1999. Under his guidance, Ford became the most profitable automaker in the world.
Before his rise to fame, Jacques received his Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Throughout his career, Jacques was honored with membership to the National Order of Cedar in Lebanon and was named a Companion of the Order of Australia. Additionally, he was honored for his contributions to America as an immigrant with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.
