Jamie Farr is a Lebanese American actor and comedian.
He was born on July 1, 1934, in Toledo, Ohio, and he is of Lebanese descent. Jamie has acted in a variety of films, television shows, and game shows, and he has acted in a number of theater roles on and off Broadway. He is most notable for his role as a series regular on the hit TV show M*A*S*H.
After his rise to fame, Jamie received two honorary bachelor’s degrees from the University of Toledo and Medical College of Ohio.
Throughout his career, Jamie received a star on the Hollywood walk of Fame in 1985.
