Justin Abdelkader

Justin Abdelkader is an Arab American professional ice hockey player. 

He was born on February 25th, 1987, in Muskegon, Michigan, and he is of Arabic and Polish descent. Justin is an established figure in the Michigan hockey scene, playing left wing with the Detroit Red Wings for a total of 13 seasons before entering The National League, a professional hockey league in Switzerland, in their 2020-2021 season. 

In 2015, well into his athletic stardom, Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in general business management from Michigan State University. 

Throughout his career, Justin has made history as one of the few rookies to score one goal in two consecutive games during the 2009 Stanley Cup Finals, while also representing the United States in several international hockey tournaments.
