Khalid Khannouchi is a retired Moroccan American marathoner.
He holds the former marathon world record and the former road world record for the 20 km distance. He is one of only five men to have broken the marathon world record numerous times, and one of only four to have broken a personal marathon world record.
As of 2022, Khalid maintains the American record for the marathon, with a time of 2:05:38 at the London Marathon in 2002.
