Kibbeh Labanieh- Tita’s famous Kibbeh in Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pre-made Kibbeh
- Ground Beef
- Greek Yogurt
- Corn Flour
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Tahin
Instructions:
- To make the yogurt, mix corn flour, greek yogurt and water until it is watery.
- Drop the kibbeh into the yogurt mix and boil it in a saucepan on the highest heat.
- Place minced garlic and diced coriander into the yogurt mix.
- To make the dumplings, mix 1 cup of tahini with hot water. Mix it until it becomes a doughy consistency.
- Stuff the dumplings with cooked ground beef.
- Drop the beef dumplings into the yogurt.
