Leila Fadel is a Lebanese American journalist and co-host of National Public Radio’s Morning Edition.
She was born in 1981, in Lebanon, and was previously the network’s Cairo bureau chief. Fadel has worked in the Middle East, and received a George Polk Award for her coverage of the Iraq War.
