Mutabal Shawandar- Tita’s famous Roasted Beet Dip Recipe  

Ingredients: 

  • Beet
  • Tahini
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Lemons
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil the beet. 
  2. Mix the boiled beet in a mixer.
  3. Pour tahini, 2 spoonfuls of greek yogurt, 2 squeezed lemons, and salt into the mixer. 
  4. Mix everything together in the mixture. If it becomes too watery, do not remove the water and add more tahini instead.
