Mutabal Shawandar- Tita’s famous Roasted Beet Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beet
- Tahini
- Greek Yogurt
- Lemons
- Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the beet.
- Mix the boiled beet in a mixer.
- Pour tahini, 2 spoonfuls of greek yogurt, 2 squeezed lemons, and salt into the mixer.
- Mix everything together in the mixture. If it becomes too watery, do not remove the water and add more tahini instead.
