Salah Mejri is a Tunisian professional basketball player.
He was born on June 15, 1986 in Jendouba, Tunisia and has played for the Dallas Mavericks as a rookie, represents the senior Tunisian national basketball team internationally, and plays centre for Beirut Club.
Before his rise to fame, Salah received his engineering degree from the University of Sousse.
Throughout his career, Salah became the first Tunisian ever to sign with the Spanish club Real Madrid, the first Tunisian to play in an NBA game, and was named the Spanish League’s Rising Star.
