Tabbouleh- Tita’s famous Parsley Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

2 Branches of Parsley

2 Cucumbers
-
2 Tomatoes
-
Onion
-
Bulgur
-
4 Lemons
-
½ Cup of Oil

Mint leaves
Instructions:

Dice 2 cloves of parsley.

In a bowl, mix the parsley with 2 diced cucumbers, 2 diced tomatoes and 1 diced onion.

Cook ¼ a cup of bulgur in water. After cooking, drain the water.

Mix the bulgur with the parsley.

Squeeze 4 lemons into the parsley and mix with ½ cup of oil.

Lastly, mix thoroughly and garnish with diced mint leaves.
