Tabbouleh- Tita’s famous Parsley Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Branches of Parsley

  • 2 Cucumbers

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • Onion

  • Bulgur

  • 4 Lemons

  • ½ Cup of Oil

  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Dice 2 cloves of parsley.

  2. In a bowl, mix the parsley with 2 diced cucumbers, 2 diced tomatoes and 1 diced onion.

  3. Cook ¼ a cup of bulgur in water. After cooking, drain the water.

  4. Mix the bulgur with the parsley.

  5. Squeeze 4 lemons into the parsley and mix with ½ cup of oil.

  6. Lastly, mix thoroughly and garnish with diced mint leaves.
