Ted Naifeh is an Arab American comic book writer and illustrator.
He was born on June 20, 1971 in Houston, Texas. Naifeh is most known for illustrating the goth romance comic Gloomcookie. He also wrote and illustrated the Courtney Crumrin series and Witch for Hire, co-authored How Loathsome, and created a comic adaptation of the PSP game Death, Jr. Outside of comics, Naifeh also illustrates other writers’ works.
Throughout his career, Naifeh received several Eisner Award nominations for Courtney Crumrin.
